Agreement to these Terms

By accessing FiveQuad, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use FiveQuad for an agency, you confirm that you are authorized to use the agency account and operational information made available to you.

Permitted operational use

FiveQuad supports dispatch coordination, training, inventory, member administration, communications, and related operational workflows. It is not a replacement for professional judgment, agency policy, emergency communications, medical control, New York State EMS protocols, or incident-command authority.

  • Use only for authorized agency activity.
  • Follow applicable law, agency policy, and supervisor direction.
  • Confirm time-critical information through official operational channels.

Accounts and access tokens

Keep app tokens, verification codes, and devices secure. Do not share access or attempt to access records outside your duties. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

  • Access may be limited by your assigned role and device type.
  • Accounts may require authentication, location approval, or renewed acknowledgment when controls change.
  • FiveQuad may suspend or revoke access to protect people, information, or operations.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse FiveQuad, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, scrape data, bypass controls, impersonate another person, or use operational information for personal, commercial, or unauthorized purposes.

Availability and operational continuity

FiveQuad is provided to support operations but may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, or incidents. Maintain agency-approved fallback procedures and do not rely on FiveQuad as the sole source for emergency action.

Agency information and intellectual property

Operational records remain subject to agency ownership, retention, and disclosure rules. FiveQuad branding, software, and design are protected by applicable law. Do not copy or redistribute system materials except as authorized.

Changes, enforcement, and termination

FiveQuad may update these Terms as operations or legal requirements change. A material update may require renewed acceptance before continued use. Access can be suspended or ended for security, policy, or operational reasons.
