This policy describes FiveQuad's operational handling of personal and device information. It must be reviewed against agency policy, contracts, and applicable law before it is adopted as a final privacy notice.

Information FiveQuad may process

Depending on enabled tools and your role, FiveQuad may process account and role details, contact information, training or credential records, communications, inventory assignments, dispatch activity, device details, login and security events, and location data when you authorize tracking or an operational feature requests it.

• FiveQuad is not intended for Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank information, or unrelated medical records.
• Do not enter sensitive clinical information unless an authorized workflow and agency policy expressly permit it.
• Location collection is limited to enabled operational features and device permissions.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide requested features, coordinate operations, protect the platform, communicate about activity, maintain records, and improve reliability. FiveQuad does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Security and access controls

FiveQuad uses role-based access, account authentication, audit logging, and technical safeguards designed to limit access to authorized users. No system can guarantee absolute security; report suspected compromise promptly.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only as needed for authorized operations, legal obligations, agency direction, or approved infrastructure and communications providers. Providers must be evaluated under agency requirements before they process sensitive information.

Retention, access, and corrections

Records are retained according to applicable agency retention rules and operational needs. You can request access, correction, or information about your data through the privacy request process. Identity verification may be required.

Children's information

FiveQuad is not directed to children under 13. If FiveQuad is ever used in a context involving children, the agency and counsel must determine the required notices, consent, and retention controls before collection.
